Other Camps

Large Annual Camps
In the northern part of the Netherlands the NPK (Noordelijk Pinksterkamp) and PKD (Pinksterkamp Dwingeloo) are popular activities. Units from the North of the Netherlands and several foreign groups join. The camps are divided in one camps per agegroups, which are in turn divided in smaller subcamps.

National Camps
Because of the great success of the World Jamboree in the Netherlands (in Dronten, 1995), there was a Nationale (National) Jamboree in 1999. It is not certain if this camp will be organised again sometime soon.
A camp especially for leaders and stammen (seniortribes) is the Scout-In. It's an event where you can get lots of new ideas for activities and programmes for your own group.
Another camp that is organised every year is the HIT. On several locations across the Netherlands scouts can participate in lots of different activities. You have to sign up for one of those activities in a small group (depending on the camp, between 1 and 10 persons).

Other Camps
There are even more camps Dutch scouts sometimes have. But most of them are to small to mention. Most of the regions organise one camp a year for the older agegroups (scouts and older)

Please note that most of the following sites do not have much information (if any) in English about the camps.
